You can browse/ review/ buy/ sell properties anytime online without involving different professionals, every single property listed at 9000 BC is owned by an independent entity. For example, instead of buying 1 percent of a building, you are buying 1 percent common share of the corporation. Once you become 1 percent shareholder of the corporation, you automatically become 1 percent owner of the building it owns. At 9000 BC, we tried to make the process as easy as possible and save as much as possible because, at the end, every dollar we saved goes directly to the pocket of each investor.
Note that there is NO 100% BULLET PROOF INVESTMENTS! You are investing in real property asset. Every dollar you invest will be on a piece of land or brick of a property. Your minimum guarantee is that you own a portion of that property which will always have a minimal value.
You can buy/sell at 9000 BC to other investors who are interested in selling/ buying. There is no restriction of selling your ownership of property.
Currently, there is no fee. Only a transaction fee of $35 each time you buy/sell. This is to cover our administration expenses.
